Two parts: build it, then run it.
An implementation fee covers the workflow build. A monthly retainer keeps it monitored, tuned, and expanding. Every engagement starts with a short diagnostic call so the quote fits your actual workflows, not a guess.

Pricing FAQ
Why is there both an implementation fee and a retainer?
The implementation fee covers building the workflow. The retainer covers keeping it running: monitoring, retraining when your process changes, and fixing anything that breaks. Most automation projects fail after launch because nobody owns that second part. We do.
Can we do implementation only, with no retainer?
Yes. Every implementation includes 30 to 60 days of post-launch fixes at no extra cost. After that, you can maintain it in-house or move to a retainer. Most clients choose the retainer once they see how much monitoring a live workflow actually takes.
What determines which implementation tier we need?
Mostly how many workflows and how many tools they touch. We start every engagement with a short diagnostic call to scope this properly before quoting a fixed number, so you are never guessing which tier applies.
Do you require a long-term retainer contract?
No. Retainers run month to month. We ask for 30 days notice to wind down cleanly, since we hand off documentation and access before we go.
